My car cuts out when I am driving along in it, and now it wont start at all, what could be the problem?

Jojo it could be so many things. Here are just a few of the things to check. Spark plugs, PCV valve, choke thermostat, EGR valve, and the fuel pump. Those are only a few of the many reasons why a car would stall while driving. I would take it to a mechanic to get it looked at unless you can troubleshoot all of those components by yourself.
