Corvette suspension height

I have a 69 Vette coupe that I did a body off restoration.  Originally, the car set low on the suspension (wheels filled the openings and looked great).  Now, after re-assembly using the same front and rear springs, rims and tires (however, all new poly suspension parts and body mounts), the car sets like a mud jumper.  What can I do to lower it back to original?

Have you driven it since reassembly? If not, take it around the block and let the suspension settle. If there were no spring changes, height should not be off. But the suspension will bind in positive camber position if they have been in the air for a while ( they won't just slide on the concrete).
