where would i get a copy of the build sheet for my recently purchased 1969 corvette coupe or anyother info relating to how the car left st. lewis factory

Hey bigblock69-- The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) will tell you a lot about your 1969 Corvette. I am going to suggest the following site to help you decode the letters and numbers. check to see if the tank sticker is still on the top of the gas tank. you can see it from the opening were you fill your tank with a scope. All 69 and older vettes had one attached at the factory. if it's there you'll need to drop your tank to remove it. Rich
