95 ford taurus

my car wont start, all the fuses are good the battery is good, the starter makes a clicking sound but does not crank the car...i put jumper wires on the starter solenoid and it did nothing. i cant find the starter relat ive looked by the battery just cant seem to find it. please help they want 115 nfor A NEW STARTER :/

eather the starter is bad or the battery is dead,jump by the battery,hook jumper cables to another car,let it run about 10 min hooked to your battery to put some charge in it see if it turns over,if still clicking ,starter is bad.
