rattle behind the dash

Does it shake too, may be loose. Does it matter if air or heat or vent or defrost is on or rattles when going over bumps?

I have had a 2014 2015 honda crv,, I had a noise like a squeeking over the back little glass on the pasenger side,, The guy took the long panel out, and he had to put foam inside of it and it did stop ...It like behind the right rear side top of seat belt .. the whloe panel will come off if you have the same problem..
