No power to the fuel pump.

I changed fuel pump,  relay,distributor everything I lost all
power I tried a new ground. I think maybe wire is broken.
Idk going nuts. Can I hot wire the fuel pump

Do not hot wire the pump, that's a disaster waiting to happen. Test the oil pressure switch, if that failed it kills power to the fuel pump (it was a common cause for no power to fuel pumps back in the day). I would grab a meter and trace the circuit from the fuel pump back to the firewall and see where it's losing power. Also make sure your ignition switch is good.
