I have a four barrel Holley carburetor I tried doing
maintenance on it dismantled it and noticed that
one side not getting any gas at all but it has access
through the feed lines, so I seen that the pin that
locks the the chamber when it's full sometimes
gets jammed but opens when gas pressures it. So
since I tried solving the problem now my car won't
stay cranked as long as it normally did what did I
do wrong

You are describing the fuel needle and seat. There is one for each fuel bowl. You could have miss-assembled it or have a float that is not adjusted properly. If possible find someone with knowledge of Holley carbs to take a look at it for you.
