Maybe a problem with key or lock cylinder? Have you tried a different key? Note the diagram, did you try jumping the load side of starter relay, the load side of relay is that line with arrowhead, When relay is energized that arrowhead moves to that other terminal and carries voltage to starter motor. Use a jumper wire between those two terminals on the load side, unplug relay to access terminals. If you try that, make sure tranny is out of gear and functional parking brake is set. Have helper sitting in there, one ft depressing the clutch and the other on the brake. At the least it should crank the starter motor. If the key is on, it may start? Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. I haven't looked at your security system, where applicable? With jumping anything, safety is your responsibility. I'm just trying to see if you can get starter motor to crank? This is just for testing, not proper fix.

Just to add, the starter relay should be in under hood fuse box.
