Air pressure signal 2015 Sienna

Brought my new Toyota Sienna 2015 drove of lot
and noticed air pressure signals. Has brought back
to the dealer a few times to check why they said the
temperature changes caused the signal. Last
brought back in Noticed a sticker said "the tires on
this vehicle have been filled with nitrogen"and
noticed no more signal until a few days ago was
pointed out by a nice man at a parking lot that I
should brought my car to check for tires rotation.
My next visit for maintenance due 19308 miles or
9.10.17. Brought the car in today and was blamed
for damaged the car was asked if I hit the holes and
curve. Status notes as below:
Tires are wearing on outside edge- alignment
$124.88
Tires are at tread wear indicators- Mount and
balance 2 front tires $374.93
Punctured, leaking grease- replace right drive axle
CV boots $398.78
