Your car has a fuel or electrical problem; really could be either. It could be leaking fuel injectors flooding a hot engine. It could be a bad sensor: crankshaft position, cam position, or maybe even the engine coolant temperature. Might even involve ignition components, such as coil or igniter. Without actually seeing the car, it's not possible to say what the exact problem is. Why don't you take the car to a mechanic to diagnose. Or go to an auto parts store to get codes read and they probably won't charge you for this.

Thank you soo much for answering. I got P1604 code from OBD Scanner and car model is Etios Liva and its doesn't stop when started. its just starting problem ? can you please say a what might be the problem ?

That's a general trouble code that refers to the engine not starting or taking a long time to crank before it starts. It just points to the fact there is a starting issue somewhere that might go from running out of gasoline to major engine problems. You need to have a Toyota certified mechanic diagnose the car o find out where the problem is. He'll start by finding out if the engine has spark and no fuel, or it has fuel without spark. If neither, he'll investigate mechanical issues, like loss of compression..... If you're working on the car yourself, follow the guides I gave previously.
