1971 VW Bug Beetle Not Running

I inherited a 1971 VW Volkswagon Beetle from the original owner, placed it in storage 3 years ago while it was running, though it currently does not start.  I am trying to establish a value to sell it 'as is'.

Condition is everything. Not running will reduce the value considerably. The photo shows what looks like good paint and if the interior is as good I would say around $2,000. If it were my car I would spend a little money and time and get it running.
