Smok is coming through the exhaust pipe while starting

When start the car white smoke is coming through the
exhaust pipe..

That is always a sign that the car is burning coolant. I would perform a cylinder pressure test and or leak down test. That will tell you the pressure that each cylinder can hold. One or more will be lower than the other indicating a head gasket issue.
