Not really sure I understand this question. SULEV is really just an emissions classification... it has nothing to do with your 2003 325i.

my question is: Are all 2017 330i sedans sulev? If so, should this be a concern for future maintenance costs? I have read that early models of 3 series had problems with pcv valve, fuel pump, and other items with high emissions models i.e.. sullen

Being considered a SULEV shouldn't affect maintenance in any way. If a 330i is SULEV, it will specify that on the window sticker. It depends how early you're talking about with PCV issues, etc, because every generation and model has different engines.
