95 ford f 150 wont start

My truck won't start it turns over but will not
run I have changed the ignition modular I
have changed the fuel filter and the
distributor cap does anybody know what
else my problem could be

I have the same problem buddy I have changed pick up coil inside disturbitor the cap rotor button coil an the icm box I have no clue what it could be I'm getting fuel just no spark

Your problem is that you are throwing parts at a problem you can't figure out and that can be very expensive. You would spend less time and money on it just taking it to a mechanic to get it properly diagnosed.
