Car wont start

I had oil change new oil filter spark
plugs wires put in 1996 thunderbird.
But the car does not want to start

Need more info Did it start prior to work done? If so probably have installed plug wires wrong. Check firing order.

Did they remove the distributor cap when they did the repair? If so check to see if the distributor rotor was reinstalled.

My above comment only applies if the engine in this car is the 3.8 V6. The 4.6 V8 has distributorless ignition.
