How do you disable the European Parking lights on a Ford Mondeo 2007?

Asked by Steven Dec 31, 2016 at 06:04 PM

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car automatically turns on the European parking lights, but being in
Australia, these are not needed. Which is causing problems such as people
who do not know about them, knock on my door telling me "Your lights are
on" as well as draining the battery. I do not leave the indicator down/up to
turn them on, I leave the indicator on neutral but the left side always comes
on.

I don't think you can, I would just remove the fuse for the daytime running light...below is a you tube of where the fuse box is, hope you have tge owners manual to show you what fuse to pull.
