Transmission - 1991 FORD E250 Cargo Van

I have a E250 1991 FORD Cargo Van the trany will not ingage in drive only reverse works is there anything I can do to get it moving I droped the pan and replaced the filter Ive added Trans X still nothing.

while the pan was off you should have looked the forward bands broken at the apply pin near accumulator
