fuel issues causing engine to run rough and not idle

my 1995 coachman rv  is a ford e350 and I am having trouble keeping it
running. misses and does not idle. I have replaced the fuel filter and drained the
gas tank and added 20 gallons of fresh gas. Please help me !

Is it fuel injected or carburetor? May check spark plugs and plug wires. You may have a bad wire or fouled plug or even coil back that has gone bad

Check fuel pump or fuel pump regulator as well. Will it run if you push the gas pedal or just die?
