If it's a manual shift it does not have a torque converter, those are in automatic transmissions,Why did you tear it down?

I tore it down because I thought it was the clutch but clutch still has 80% life left there r no metal shavings and it shifts smooth still

Did the pedal go to the floor? was it slipping so bad when you let it out it didn't move? could you not shift?

Yes peddles go to the floor and come right back up and ya it’s slipping so bad it doesn’t move at all and yes it still shifts smooth in all gears I broke it down because I thought my clutch went out but clutch is good and no burnt fluids came out of the transmissio and there was no metal shavings

See that’s y I thought it was the clutch but I changed the clutch out and it starts right up gos into all gears but still won’t budj so could this be the throw out beering

No. If the clutch is properly installed and the car won't move there is a transmission or rear axle issue.

How do I no if it’s the transmission if the fluids were clean and we’re not burnt and no metal shavings but good possibility it could have been the axel

Then there's something going on between the clutch and drive shaft.Do you hear any noise from the transmission?

If the trans. is not turning at all there's a problem with the clutch.

It is the clutch or the transmission. I suggest you have someone that knows cars look at it.
