Does it have fuel in the tank? Is the fuel pump running at the initial attempt to start it? Does it have proper fuel pressure to the injectors? A bad O2 sensor will not keep it from starting.

check your coolant level ? leaking head gaskets over 100000 miles on4.7 5.7 sohc engines. cant replace them with any good results only fix is a good quality reman engine . Is the truck worth it?
