2002 Silverado 1500 z71 I removed turn signal multifunction switch

To replace and ended up
having to put back on the old
one and now it fires up and  
then sputters dead headlights
nor interior lights or drivers
side slide door lock work now

You may need the Body Control Module reprogrammed. Go to the dealer and see what they say. If this is the case, they would have to do it anyway.
