Truck wants to die when I floor it

I have a 95 Chevy step side 4x4 that had the motor
replaced and when I try going pressing the gas is
shutting the fuel off..we have the timing right and I
replaced the throttle position sensor just not sure
why it wants to die

I have a 1996 suburban with an issue that need help with. My truck idle find revs up find only when you put it in gear and want to go it wants to die you let off the paddle and it fin you step on the gas want to chock it has no power.
