Generally, BMW is a luxury (premium) brand. Audi has improved their quality and performance, but BMW's history and experience has an effect on the cars they make. Car-wise, I honestly prefer the Audi RS4 and RS5. BMW M5 is just not as good as a normal, every day car as the Audi.

BMW has a better history but honestly speaking the Audi is probably a whole lot more economic and still just as luxurious and powerful! So I would go for an Audi

Quite simply the M5 because it has a V10, RWD and is of course was created my BMW's M division who are quite simply awesome. However you cannot compare these cars directly as they are different classes of car i.e. M3 vs RS4 vs C63 AMG or M5 vs RS6 vs E63 AMG would be correct comparisons, mine would be the C63 AMG and the M5 respectively.

Audi rs4 has all wheel drive which give it better winter handling and balance. It also looks and feels a bit more nimble than the M5. I'd go with the RS4 but they have not put it back into production yet so you'd have to buy an old used one.

M5 is way better than RS4... M5 can still be compared with RS5 coupe. Acceleration :M50-100kmph 4.4s RS5 ''' '' '' 4.6s M5 also has looks and better history over RS5

for daily driving i would recommend the RS4 because it's more economical when it comes to fuel economy.. and the luxury is but all that you will get from it... for a more spirited driving id go for the Beamer becuse it has a sportier look and style, also better handling...
