Hi there,i was told that the 2010 opel corsa
1.4enjoy cylinder head can't be skimmed by
an opel mechanic but some engineers say it
can be down

Talk to your local machine shop as they would be the ones doing the work. Why do you want to "shave" the cylinder head? Id it warped or do you want more compression?

An "Opel Mechanic" sounds more trustworthy than "some engineers" idk I would be wary of having a head overhauled if a mechanic said not to do it-
