car vibrates and no power uphill

My opel corsa utility steering vibrates and the car jerks and has no power
when going uphill even at lower gear.

steering vibration usually means bad tires or rims need re-balance..no power could mean dirty injectors, bad fuel, clogged fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, throttle body dirty (too much soot), etc

soot is mostly common on diesel engines, it will rarely happen to gas engines because they combust fuel and expel exhaust more efficiently....as far as how much soot, they differ, (ie: diesel engines on GM trucks (G3500, G4500), criteria is 300 miles traveled, 170 liters (45 gallons) of fuel used, around 44 grams of soot or 14 hours of engine run time,
