1998 dodge ram 1500 5.9

Will start right up and idle fine and with
in 4 or 5 min will act like it getting
flooded out bring the rpms up cleans
up and then it's fine.   And once that is
done and running fine go somewhere
turn it off then restart and will do same
thing and it done matter if I drive 5 min
or a hour it will repeat problem new iac
new fps new map sensor. No check
engine codes  one time it did show a
02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2  but that's it
