Then my wife called from different number finely we hold manager told about issues with car he said he service manager will call you shortly we will take care of it. We wait for call than service manager called said please driver to Echo Park centennial they will fixed for you. We took car to Echo park they checked they said car said engine oil and front differential transfer case leaking take to ford dealer it in under warranty. I ask them what happened to your 190 – Point inspection paperwork they give shows there is no leakage they every part of the car. He said they don’t know because we bought form Thornton location. I told they have taken to Ford dealer not me. They okay will take and they call me when ready. I drop of vehicle Thursday afternoon round 12:00 pm. We wait for their call till Monday no one called us. I start calling them they transfer me 20 different people left them voicemails but still no answer when will get my car back. Tuesday mooring, I start calling Ford dealers near Echo Park found my car Groove ford they said car was ready yesterday Echo park took it. Keep calling them finely person call me back from echo park said sorry we did not call you yesterday your car is ready to pick. My advice please do not Echo Park Automotive Thornton. If you did or you will please do not believe what they told check your self under the car and under hood. They Lie about 190-poit inspection.
