EchoPark Automotive Thornton We read this add on Echo Park website we have hundreds of "nearly-new" one to four-year-old, low mileage vehicles. On Echo Park website, The EP deference, How we’re different. What qualifies as an "outlet vehicle" at Echo Park? What to expect at Echo Park Outlet. 190-point safety inspection completed. Our vehicles also undergo an intensive 190-point inspection. This is biggest lie they told their customer. I explain how. We start looking for vehicles we found 2016 Ford explorer with every low mileage 19000. At Echo Park Automotive Thornton. We went to Echo Park in Thornton to see the ford explorer sales person Dan meet us at front entrance. We talk to him about explorer he showed us SUV Dan said we will fully detail vehicle for you and fill up gas tank for you if you when you are buying from us. We found few scratch on front bumper he said he will call his manager see if we can fix that for you. Mark manager said we will no problem. I talk to manager about 190-point inspection he said yes it comes with this inspection we inspect everything before we sell the vehicles. He walks me service manager Chris he said yes here you go he print out 190-point inspection report for ford explorer we are interested. He said we check everything great vehicles. We like the SUV. We are ready to make a deal. We bought this vehicle from them. After we signed all paper work Mr. Dan sales person hand me one key state he told early this vehicle comes with only one key this is his first lie to us after we signed paperwork. He never told us my wife is witness. He state will take car in for detail we wait for hour they bring car out noting done we call Dan he sorry yep they did not clean. Dan said will reschedule tomorrow at Centennial location because it is close to your house we said okay thanks no problem. When we ready to leave check less than half tank a gas he said oh no sorry he will call manager at centennial location they will fill up when we go for detail ok. We bought car Tuesday evening June 4th next day we ready leave house when pull car out from garage saw lots of oil on the ground under the car when checked oil leaking from three different places called and texted Dan five times no answer at all. Called Echo Park Automotive Thornton try to talk with Dan nope not available, try to talk to manager nope every busy not available. Then my wife called from different number finely we hold manager told about issues with car he said he service manager will call you shortly we will take care of it. We wait for call than service manager called said please driver to Echo Park centennial they will fixed for you. We took car to Echo park they checked they said car said engine oil and front differential transfer case leaking take to ford dealer it in under warranty. I ask them what happened to your 190 – Point inspection paperwork they give shows there is no leakage they every part of the car. He said they don’t know because we bought form Thornton location. I told they have taken to Ford dealer not me. They okay will take and they call me when ready. I drop of vehicle Thursday afternoon round 12:00 pm. We wait for their call till Monday no one called us. I start calling them they transfer me 20 different people left them voicemails but still no answer when will get my car back. Tuesday mooring, I start calling Ford dealers near Echo Park found my car Groove ford they said car was ready yesterday Echo park took it. Keep calling them finely person call me back from echo park said sorry we did not call you yesterday your car is ready to pick. My advice please do not Echo Park Automotive Thornton. If you did or you will please do not believe what they told check your self under the car and under hood. They Lie about 190-poit inspection.
