website issue
Cargurus,
The last several times I have gotten on your website to look at cars, it will
not load the photos. It says LOADING but never does. Can you please tell me
if there is a problem or glitch on your site? I have never had this problem
before.

There may be a network problem somewhere between you and the cargurus servers. Maybe try again later.
this site does NOT load photos
Response to GuruVGWZQ. It loads pictures and info on my iPhone app but not on my mac laptop. You say the site does not load pictures, but it won't load any info. Not even the name of the dealer can be seen without loading info. It used to.....................

Having the same "loading" problem when trying to view a vehicle. It has happened for two days now and is so frustrating. I have decided to ditch your site in the search for a new vehicle.

I gave up trying to get an intelligent response from CarGuru's IT people months ago, as to why, all of a sudden chosen vehicles no longer "loaded"! They were clueless. With all the competitive websites available, wouldn't you think they would want to address the annoying problem that customers are experiencing ONLY on their website? I use: cars.com, Carfax.com, and Truecar.com, and they all work just fine.
This website won't download photos and information on cars...it keeps saying loading but it never does?

3/6/23 What’s going on with Car Gurus? It will not load at all! Continually says an error has occurred, please try again later. This has been happening for 4 days now. Was hoping it was just a glitch with the website and be fixed by now. Guess I’ll find some other way to look for a car.
