Honda Odyssey
My moms Honda keep seizeing up whenever she
goes on the freeway, she presses the gas and it
makes a reving noise and moves at a snails pace
then the whole car buckles and moves again, the
D4 light blinks, and an orange TCS light turns on. At
this point I have no idea why her car is doing this

That is not seizing up but you may have a serious engine problem or a slipping transmission. Is the Check Engine Light on?

No the Check engine light hasn’t turned on yet D4 lights just blinking green Orange TCS LIGHT IS ON
Yes you have a internal failure of the transmission.
i had the same thing its the transmission mite need to be rebuilt google p0740 code it mite be heplful
