Chevy suburban engine chattering

I have a chevy suburban 2000 5.3 i just have
oil change after running for an hour oil
pressures goes low and start ti tickel i shot
down engine and starts it back oil its at
normal and no tickle just run 20 minutes the
tickle comes back and oil pressures goes
low again please help

You may have clogged oil return holes. Time to pull the valve covers and clean out the holes with a coat hanger or wire. After you run it for a few, change the oil & filter.
