2000 Ford Expedition not starting

My 2000 Ford Expedition will turn over but not start the
anti theft light is on n my gages takes a few minutes
before they start working

Now that changes things if you just rebuild the motor and if guages do work. It may be crank sensor or cam sensor during installation. Put the diagnostic computer to it and see if a code is active

The only thing it is..it is possible for the crank sensor to be faulty and not throw a code so you may have to use a voltmeter
