How do I report a buyer or user on Cargurus who became aggressive and
ultimately would not leave me alone. I needed to block his number. He wanted
to buy my car buy but we could not negotiate on a price or a method of
payment.

You could call the police.

Just block there number and dont deal with them and then report them so they can be banned
