I’m convinced I have bought a lemon . The jeep Cherokee trail hawk 2015 . Is unsafe to drive!

This  vehicle is not safe after almost being
killed trying to turn . I pushed on the gas
and had nothing it hesitated . Was not able
think of anything all the rest of the way
home . It has a ringing noise now , can’t
tell where is coming from.

Take it to the dealership you purchased it from for repair. Give them 25-30days to correct it, if it continues keep bringing it back to them, after that you can proceed to report it as a lemon....
