Why no one is answering me . Is there any different
way to talk to the buyers or they are not online .
And if they are not online or is not seeing their i box
how will I know

The subject doesn't matter? Your question has nothing to do with "maintenance/repair". Contact CarGurus directly, telling you how to do this does not matter.
