Which car to buy Patrol, Electric or hybrid or not to buy any car at this point of Year?

I would go for the hybrid, however, there are many factors that can have an effect on the cost of maintenance. Why don't you go to the dealer who sells the car make you want and ask for the car's specifications? If the dealer does not sell all three type of vehicles, look to others that offer what you are looking for even it is a different brand.

Many factors enter in when you say “best”. What you can reasonably afford and maintain financially would be my assumption as well as reasources to do so. My choice would be the gas powered vehicle. Proven technology, efficient (Honda Fit, Smart Car, Fiat, etc), and found everywhere. Gas stations everywhere. Not enough people in the U.S have embraced the hybrids or electrics to make them a good choice at this point in time.
