why is my account closed?

Obviously your account isn't closed or you wouldn't be able to post this question. Use the "contact us" link at bottom of page to ask admins questions directly. If you're referring to your ad closing without being sold, you can renew the ad. Like most sites, they expire after a certain period of time.
