2006 Grand Prix idle rpm

Hi I was wondering what the standard idle rpm is for my
06’ Grand Prix. It currently idles at around 700 rpm. Is that
normal?

How do you read the rpms like i see 1 2 3 but not sure what it mean? And my car the rpm from 5 mph tell 65 it stays at 1 or 1 an a half 75 mph it goes to 2 a tiny over is that normal? Thanks
