After making a request thru AarGurus I cannot find any detail on the car I requested info. Why do I have to start over and do a whole search to find the it? Not very user friendly.

CarGurus is a listing site like Craigslist. The cars are owned by individual sellers or dealers. CarGurus is not responsible for a seller not getting back in touch with you regarding a vehicle you inquired about. I'm sorry you're going to have to type a word or two and click a few times with your mouse. Life isn't very user friendly by your standards either.

Is it possible to rate the dealers response? I have received various levels: from sending the same photos and description back to me with a name (1)' to just a name and number (3), and nothing (3). Actually one also said the car was sold (1), while a week later the add still existed. I guess I should realize I'm dealing with a used car salesman! Oh yea!

Not all used car salesmen are bad people. Most are just trying to make a living and it is a TOUGH job. If you're not happy with the dealer's response, the solution is really simple: move on to another dealer.
