I have a 1994 Chevy Lumina Euro 3.1...I have a stalling issue while driving..I drop it into neutral and it restarts..I replaced the ignition control module and it has the same issue. I have hooked it up to my scanner no engine light and no codes...but on my trouble shooting guide I found a "PROM 6551" this came back to my symptoms but no repair guidance. Help? car has 119,000
