if your buying a vehicle with cpo and youwork out a price that is lower can they revoke the cpo

Depends on what you are negotiating. a lower price with the CPO or without. Did the dealer lower the price significantly that they won't add the CPO in now? Yes, they can do that. Keep working on them to get to a fair price with the CPO. FYI: A CPO is a warranty and in my most cases adds about $1000 to the price of the car.
