2014 dodge journey won't star

The light was on so I parked the car. Later I try to star it and it wouldn't crank. So I bought a new battery n installed it. Now when I push to star all the light on dash come on but car won't crank.

there may have been memory lost when you dis connected the batt. they make a memory saver that I guess should be used if you pull a terminal ,if you have one of those cars , call the dealer they can be helpful sometimes
