99 GMC Seirra pickup will not start or
run with #3 sparkplug in proper
position, but will run roughly with #3
spark plug wire removed.

check the distributor cap and rotor , it does not make sense

Changed distributor cap, rotery botton, plugs and plug wires..has not run out of oil or overheated. No antifreeze leaks known..and no oil on plug wire.
