Brake Light Out/License Plate Light Out

02 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 4x4
Top brake light out on driver’s side.
Steps taken to fix:
- change bulb
- checked fuses
- replaced circuit board
- checked connection and pins
Turn signal works and the light comes on
when the head lights are on but, no brake
light.
License plate light constantly out on both
sides.
What is my next step?
