My 02 Honda civic has a perfect round hole in the back of
motor pouring coolant what's wrong

Your engine lost a freeze plug probably due to freezing because your anti-freeze was too weak.

Yup. Freeze plugs are there to relieve internal pressure when the coolant freezes. The plug pops out so the block or head doesn't crack. Hopefully, you have no other damage to the engine or head.
