Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, i have a real question for you guys. So i have
a 2004 mazda rx8, and i put a new clutch like 2
months ago. So yesterday i was going on a hill om
3rd gear, then the car that was on front was about
to turn to the left, but there were cars coming, so i
had to go to 1rst gear, and made me force the car a
little bit, and the clutch as well i guess because the
pedal got a little stock for a seconds. A few min
after that, i parked and I stared smelling a burning
smell. The same smell when your clutch is about
to go. Then i drive the car after that like i normal
do. But i dont smell that no more. And now i just
dont know if go out yet before im sure whats going
on there. And dont want to get on any street with
the clutch dead. So i dont know what you guys
think?
