My 2013 Kia Optima is completely frozen and won’t start when I jump start it, how do I get my car going?

If the engine is frozen up it is probably dead but check the oil level, remove the spark plugs, squirt a little oil inside and try to turn the engine over.

First thing to check is to see if the starter is not disengaging from the flywheel to check this remove starter from vehicle if you hear the starter drive disengage once starter bolts are loosened. Starter will have to be replaced f this is the problem
