A fuel hose? Is it a molded type hose or just straight rubber hose? Go to a GM dealer and ask. They can probably give you some info. Alternatively, take the bad hose off the engine and go to a parts store like Auto Zone.

Fuel hose, gas hose. It may be special fuel injection hose which handles extra pressure, so make sure you get the correct product.
