I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra with 265
75 R16 tires on it will a 18in tire and
wheel off of a Toyota Tundra fit on
this truck

265/70-16 is the correct tire for your 2005. Your 2005 uses a lug pattern of 6-139, meaning 6 lugs at a 139mm bolt circle. Depending on the model year of the Tundra you are removing the 18" off off make sure they have the same lug pattern. Newer Tundras use a lug pattern of 5-150. I looked at an 2008 mode year Tundra for example.
