On a 2016 f150 3.5 turbo where
should licence plate go?

There will be places on the front and rear bumpers in the center.

In the front center in blocks the turbo air intake. Is that ok?

The front plate should go in an indentation in the bumper. If there is no indentation, most two-plate states say that the front plate must be placed no further than 6" in any direction of the front-most point of the vehicle. So, you can go up to 6" to the sides, up, or below.
