2010 Srx

Please help!!!!I have a 2010 Cadalliac SRX and i was told
my transmission was bad. At first when problem started, i
was driving about 40mph and just started raging like I was
pressing the accelerator. It went from that to it wouldn't
go over 20mph. Had a new transmission put in and now
on and off it is accelerated again. And notice when I'm not
even moving rpm isn't at 0. The mechanic that insulated
my transmission says it has nothing to do with my
transmission. But i find it is odd that my car is doing the
same thing prior to having the transmission insulted.
Is this transmission related?

I think your transmission installer is BS'ing you. This sounds like a slipping transmission.
